Qualified lead generation for high-ticket businesses

Not cheap leads: contacts who can actually buy. It's where I have the most experience and where the investment pays off best.

Most lead generation campaigns fail for the same reason: they optimise cost per lead instead of cost per customer. You get a hundred cheap form fills from people who were never going to buy, and your sales team burns out chasing them. In high-ticket sectors — finance, real estate, education — that isn't just inefficient, it's expensive.

What I build is a complete system: Google and Meta campaigns segmented by real intent, landing pages built to convert, a qualification filter before the lead ever reaches your team, and measurement across the whole funnel through to the sale. It's where I've managed the most spend and where I know best how to move the needle.

What's included

Audit of your current funnel: where the good contacts are lost
Channel strategy (Google Ads, Meta Ads, organic)
Landing pages built to convert, not just to look good
Forms with upfront qualification to filter out browsers
CRM integration and follow-up automation
Full-funnel measurement: from impression to closed sale

How I work

01

Diagnosis

I analyse your funnel, average deal size and sales process to work out which leads are actually worth having.

02

Build

I build campaigns, landing pages and the qualification system from scratch, with tracking properly installed.

03

Optimisation

I optimise on real closing data, not just cost per lead. The target is cost per customer.

Personal experience

This is the area where I've managed the most ad spend: between €1 and €2 million across different projects and sectors. I've run lead generation for finance companies, real estate (including new builds and second homes), education and investment projects — where a single client can be worth thousands and there's no room to waste budget.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from your regular advertising service?+

The advertising service runs campaigns to bring in traffic and contacts. This goes a step further: the whole funnel is designed around cost per closed customer, including upfront qualification, CRM integration and measurement through to the sale. It's for high-ticket businesses, where every bad lead costs expensive sales time.

Which sectors do you work with?+

Mainly finance (investment, lending, insurance), real estate (new builds, second homes, investment) and education. Broadly, any sector where the value of a customer justifies investing in serious lead generation.

Do you guarantee a number of leads per month?+

No — and be wary of anyone who guarantees that without knowing your sector, your competition and your budget. What I do is set realistic targets after the diagnosis and show you the data every month, including the months when something isn't working.

How exactly do you bill?+

Two models. The usual one is a management fee from €1,000/month, with the ad budget billed separately and paid by you directly to Google or Meta. On some projects I work on a pay-per-lead basis, which makes sense when volume is high and the sales process is properly tracked. Depending on sector and volume, projects range from around €2,000 to €60,000.

What's the minimum recommended ad spend?+

In high-ticket sectors, below roughly €1,000/month the system doesn't get enough data to optimise properly. That's campaign budget, separate from the management fee.

Do I need a CRM?+

It helps a lot, but if you don't have one I'll help you set up something simple. Without recording what happens after the form, it's impossible to optimise for cost per customer instead of cost per lead.

How long until I see results?+

The first leads usually come in within 2-4 weeks, while the campaigns learn. Reliable cost-per-customer data needs at least one full sales cycle, which in these sectors can be 1 to 3 months.

Shall we talk about your lead funnel?

Tell me your sector, your average deal size and how you generate leads today, and I'll tell you honestly what room for improvement I see.
